  A while back, I replaced my ignorant not-so-old Simplicity vacuum cleaner with a Miele vacuum. Such a difference! And the gentlemen here at Vacuums Plus, after letting me try the machine out on every sort of floor they had, and even some of the walls, sold my Miele to me at 50% off! I love that vacuum cleaner! The only thing I didn't love about it was the floor "brush", which wasn't much of a brush and left marks on my hardwood and tile floors. Today I went in complaining about the floor "brush" that came with the vacuum cleaner, and was shown a new improved model that I ended up purchasing. Once again, I'm in love with my Miele! I have never had a vacuum cleaner that did such an amazing job with so little effort, and the new hard floor attachment is Da Bomb! The only reason these folks aren't getting 5 stars is because I think their stuff is too expensive, but on the flip side of that, I do like to squeeze a penny until it squeals. These two gentlemen have always been courteous to me, and if I have a question about their product, they know the answer or they find it for me.
